Details of the Grounds
Begin your wedding day by getting ready in one of two suites (your partner will get ready in the other), each with a private bathroom and lots of space and bright light. There are also adjoining private lounges with smart TVs and plenty of comfy furniture for relaxing before the ceremony begins.
Woodhaven has two spaces, one for ceremonies and the other for receptions. Both spaces are similar in style, with high vaulted ceilings, pristine white walls, and dozens of large windows framed in black for a modern contrast. Both rooms are such beautiful, neutral spaces that even minimalist greenery makes a breathtaking impact, but it’s just as gorgeous with opulent decor, so customize the space to your heart’s content!
There is a cosmopolitan cocktail bar area that connects the ceremony and reception space, perfect for guests as you transition from one part of your event to the next. Guests can mingle at high-top tables, grab a seat at the bar, or warm up by the gorgeous fireplace. Then, when you’re ready, the reception space has a balcony that overlooks the dining and dance space below, which is perfect for a grand re-entrance to your celebration.
Photography Opportunities
Woodhaven is a part of Gopher Hills Golf Course. So the venue is surrounded by spectacular green lawns, big beautiful trees, and gentle hills – all of which make great photo backdrops for beautiful outdoor portraits. There are neat paths we can wander down for more scenic pictures, perhaps with your full bridal party. Indoors, there is so much beautiful natural light streaming in through the windows, perfect for timelessly sophisticated pictures. We can also have you and your partner pose on the staircase for dramatic photos that will perfectly capture your love in editorial-style fashion. The possibilities are pretty endless!

Woodhaven knows that exceptional food is key to a fantastic wedding. So they’ve narrowed their catering options to two vendors known for consistent quality and, of course, deliciousness. All of your other vendors are entirely up to you. Though they do have a list of preferred vendors they’ve worked with before if you need a few recommendations.
